What defines my career is not any single product or moment of recognition. It is a consistent pattern: I identify structural gaps in markets, conceptualise the digital infrastructure to fill them, and lead teams to deliver products that create entirely new categories.
I have founded and led four distinct product-led technology companies. Skeepy introduced the concept of pet healthcare insurance to Nigeria for the first time. Hadisi created an entirely new approach to consumer research for African markets by building a living population of 10,000+ AI personas with memory across 20 African countries. Klairova fixed the attribution problem in Africa's creator economy. Sprinta is a marketing infrastructure company — providing businesses with the technology, talent, and systems to drive marketing results. Its workforce platform Chronos LMS is used by organisations internationally. These are not pivots or iterations on existing ideas. Each represents an independent identification of a gap and a deliberate decision to build the infrastructure to fill it.
As a leader, I operate at the intersection of product vision, commercial judgement, and marketing. I understand technology deeply enough to lead engineering teams with authority. I understand markets well enough to know which problems are worth solving. And with an MBA in Marketing and years of leading marketing functions across multiple organisations, I understand how to reach the people those problems affect. That combination — sustained across multiple companies — is what my work is about.
